I just realized that I’ve never posted a smoothie! I have no idea why, I really love them, they’re delicious and so convenient. You can blend your favorite breakfast ingredients and make a fabulous smoothie to have on the go.
I call this smoothie “Rise and Shine” because of its beautiful color. It is a combination of bananas, mango and pineapple. I like to add some turmeric powder, not only it is so good for you but the color is just stunning! I used cashew milk for this smoothie.
I have at least a handful of recipes in my go-to smoothie repertoire. To make thing easier, I like to have my favorite fruit ready to go in the freezer like bananas, pineapple, mango, and different berries. I freeze them in portions, it makes things so much easier.
You can also just buy the fruit already frozen. You do you, right?

Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
- If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, just add plenty of ice.
- Enjoy!
